Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can! Everyone has a right to change their mind! Our aim is to start working on your order as soon as it is received (they do not call us The Flash ⚡ for nothing) but if you do change your mind, we can only change it if it has not gone into production. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number ASAP!
If I place an order today, how soon do you ship my order?
We typically ship (more like “truck” 🚚) all products that do not require personalization within 2-3 business days.
Personalized Desk Stationery: 4-5 business days
Personalized Gifting Stationery: 5-7 business days
Personalized Mugs/Bottles/Apparel: 2-3 business days
You will also receive regular updates from our shipping partners either on your mobile number or your email.
I need my order in a hurry, can you send it sooner?
We cannot promise but we might be able to speed up your order depending on our order load. Please talk to us if you are in a hurry 🤙 (Might we suggest one of our planners to avoid last minute rush in the future 😜).
Which courier company do you use to send orders?
We have tied up with ShipRocket for all our shipments. We choose the best courier companies to fulfill all orders safely and with a wide coverage of over 27,000 Pin Codes!
How can I track my order?
You should have received an email with the tracking number from ShipRocket, our shipping partner. Please check your Junk Mail/Spam folder to be sure. It can take up to 24 hours for it to be updated sometimes. 📫
What is your return & exchange policy?
The word “Happy” 😊 lives in our name and our goal is to make our customers happy! We aspire to build long lasting relationships with our customers. If you are unhappy 🙁 with your order for some reason, we will try our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
If you wish to return a product it must be unused and be in the same condition at the time of receipt with original packaging within 3 days of receipt. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 8288000445 with your order details. Once we receive the product back, we will inform you of the return approval. A store credit will be issued to you for your use… yay! 🙌
What is your return policy on personalized products?
Personalized products & bespoke stationery are unfortunately not returnable or refundable as they have been custom made for you. Please check name and spellings before submitting the order. However, if there is a printing error from our end or you have received damaged goods (Damn it… courier company! 🚚), we will send you your revised order after receiving the faulty products back from you.
What modes of payments are available on your website?
We are just happy to take your money, 😁 so we made it easy by offering you 70+ industry leading secure payment options! You can pay by credit card, debit card, transfer fund via Net-banking, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, payment wallets like Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Phone Pay etc.… phew! 😌
What about taxes?
You would be glad to know that you will not be charged any taxes 💲💲 on the products ordered on our site! We are exempt from charging GST since we are a very small business… wohoo!
Why don’t you have C.O.D as method of payment?
There have been a few unfortunate incidents in the past where customers have refused to take C.O.D shipments. In that case the shipments are returned to us and since almost all our products are personalized, they are rendered useless! 😟
I do not have any digital means of payment; Can I make payments offline?
Yes, you can deposit cash or cheque in our bank account or pay cash in person if you are local! Simply choose the “Bank Deposit” option at checkout and complete your order. We will however start processing your order only when we receive payment confirmation from you. Feel free to contact us if you need any help!
